Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival (kimff) is excited to announce its 22nd edition – featuring 65 films from 30 countries, including Nepal, Asia,  and World premieres.

kimff 2025 will feature documentaries, fiction, adventure cinema, and animation with diverse and compelling stories under the festival tagline ‘’Fractured Voices, Reclaiming Narratives”. Our Nepal Panorama will showcase films by local talent that spotlight stories about contemporary Nepal. We’re not just about films. In addition to screenings over five days in three venues – QFX Chhaya Center, Astrek Climbing Wall, and GAA Hall in Thamel – we offer panels, critical conversations and dialogues, film labs, pitches, exhibitions, and VR installations.
